I’m pleased to showing two small moors inspired landscapes in the on-line Open Iso exhibition coming from the Old Lock Up Gallery, Derbyshire 23rd May to 14th June.
I’m happy to be now showing a selection of my still-lifes at the McEwan Gallery in Aberdeenshire. The Gallery set in the beautiful Scottish highlands has a long history and is situated in the family’s artist-built Swiss-style home which gives customers a unique opportunity to see paintings in a home environment. Well worth a visit if you’re in the vicinity.
I’m very pleased to be showing six of my seascapes in a group show at this beautiful gallery right in the centre of Cambridge. The show runs from 15th February till 22nd March at Cambridge Contemporary Art Gallery.
‘Traversing’ 25x31cm will be showing at the Fronteer Open 19 exhibition at the 35 Chapelwalk gallery from 27th November to the 6th Dec, do call in and take a look if you’re in Sheffield city centre open daily 11-4pm Mon to Sat.
I’ll be exhibiting three Peak district inspired landscapes as part of the Cupola’s winter show ‘Symbol’. As always the gallery will be full of wondrous treats by a wide range of highly skilled artists. The show opens on Fri 22nd November at 7.30pm with mulled wine and mince pies, all welcome, and runs till the 4 Jan.
I have five small seascapes showing at The Great Little Picture Show at the Dovecot Gallery .This gorgeous little rural gallery has loads of handmade items by over 100 artists and makers. Open 14 Nov to 15 Dec, Thurs to Sat 11-4pm, Sun 12-4pm.
Currently showing at Access Space Unit 1 AVEC Building, 3-7 Brown St, Sheffield S1 4RG. This picture is in a group exhibition of artworks that relate to our environment. The show is on this week from Tues to Fri 11am-6pm with a closing party fundraiser for Extinction Rebellion at Bal Fashions, Exchange St, Sheffield 9pm.
I’m pleased to be showing some of my land & seascapes at 8 Cavendish Cottages, Wirksworth, Derbyshire on the 7 & 8th of September 10-5pm as part of the Wirksworth Arts & Architecture Trail. There will be more than 130 artists and designer-makers exhibiting in the homes, historic buildings, and unconventional gallery spaces all over this beautiful Derbyshire market town. I’m very pleased to have this painting accepted for The Old Lock Up Gallery Open 2019 exhibition, it’s a gorgeous gallery, in historic Cromford, formerly the village jail in the 1780’s, well worth a visit. The opening event is Saturday May 18th 4-6.30pm all are welcome, the show then continues to 22nd June Fri-Sundays 11-5pm.
I will be showing recent still lives and land/seascapes at Hangingwater Studio as part of Sheffield Open Up 4th/5th/6th May. I’ll be sharing the space with two other artists Lena Papapanagiotou and Maria Marinou. (The studio will also be open on the 11th/12th May and my work will be available, although I am unable to attend that weekend.)
